ALZU Game Reserve and Petroport

Pretoria Rhodis Project Exhibition Museum but is also home to several rhino. ALZU

from Johannesburg and Pretoria in the Province of Mpumalanga and situated
halfway between Middelburg and Belfast, exactly 35km from both is a convenient
stop-over for the holiday and business traveller. The emphasis is on South Africa’s wildlife
and the endangered rhino! ALZU is also a comfortable rest-haven for
travellers, tourists and tour operators with large groups travelling via bus
and kombi vehicles en route to the Highlands Meander, Kruger National Park and
Mozambique.

stop at Alzu Petroport, are the fantastic restrooms. Yes, really! The
restrooms do not only deliver extremely well on the basics, but also speak to
the aesthetic eye. The restrooms have large glass windows overlooking the
game enclosure and reserve. One can see as far as the distant horizon and the
ALZU wildlife make regular visits to the nearby water hole. As a visitor travellers enjoy sitting within
this tranquil setting and if their timing coincides with that of the wildlife
will have the opportunity to view rhino, buffalo,zebra, eland, blesbok,
ostriches, two Egyptian geese and an emu or two. Visitors sit in a relaxed trance as they
watch the wildlife transverse the green plains of ALZU coming from a distance
towards the game feed troughs.
